Corner Bakery the latest new-to-market concept to announce OKC location

Dallas-based fast-casual restaurant chain Corner Bakery Cafe will enter the Oklahoma City market with its first location near Quail Springs Mall.

Building permits filed with Oklahoma City last week show Corner Bakery Cafe will build a new 4,000 square-foot restaurant just east of Quail Springs Mall at 13900 N Pennsylvania Ave.

Corner Bakery Cafe has inked a multi-unit franchise deal to develop seven Corner Bakery Cafes in Oklahoma with CBCOK, LLC, a franchise group that also owns and operates more than 30 hotels nationwide including Hilton, Marriott and IHG Hotels, as well as Subway stores.

The group plans to open the Quail Springs Mall Corner Bakery Cafe later this year with more locations to follow throughout Oklahoma.
