Welcome to Our New Site

Welcome! You are looking at our brand-new website, designed to showcase Oklahoma City's current reality, and even better potential, as a retail location. We look at retail as a quality-of-life component for our residents—as well as the single most important source of revenue for the city. A great mix of respected national retailers and cool locally-owned shops help define a thriving community with its own identity. We've had some past successes, but we're continuously trying to step up our game. Hence the website.

Here, you'll find demographic and economic information important to retailers, more detailed info on some of our Retail Trade Areas (aka "RTAs") and awesome local districts, and even success stories by some of the people and brands that have found both prosperity and partnership in Oklahoma City. We pride ourselves on being able to create and maintain the best working relationships possible with our retailers, and want to make it as easy as possible for new concepts to enter the market. Hopefully, you'll pick up on that in our videos, stories and other content.

It's also important to note two other things: 1.) this is just "Phase I" of the website, and we'll be adding more content, info, and spotlighting more of our districts and RTAs as we move forward; and 2.) this website is only a piece of our broader effort to broaden the retail options available to our residents and to help our retailers succeed.
