Oklahoma City's unemployment rate continues to be one of the lowest in the U.S.

The unemployment rate in the Greater Oklahoma City MSA fell to 2.9% for the month of September, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Oklahoma City currently has the 17th-lowest unemployment rate among major metros in the United States. The unemployment rate was 3.1% last month.

MAPS program spurs $7 billion in investment in Oklahoma City
