Hotel, apartments, offices set to transform junction of downtown, Midtown and Auto Alley in OKC

A dense mix of apartments, retail, offices and potentially a hotel are in the works for a largely undeveloped intersection leading into Midtown, Automobile Alley and the Innovation District. 

Richard Labarthe, whose group is set to start work on the northwest corner of NW 13 and Broadway believes the project’s name, The Hub, fits well with the area’s future.  

The project will consist of a seven-story office building anchored by Core Bank and will include a rooftop restaurant and 292 apartments surrounding the Garage Lofts at 113 NW 13. Rezoning, meanwhile, was recently approved for a mix of offices, a hotel and apartments on the northeast corner that was part of the former Dolese Bros. campus.
