Oklahoma City MSA boasts the No. 7 lowest unemployment rate in the U.S.

Unemployment data continues to show the strength of the metro economy as Oklahoma City had the seventh-lowest unemployment rate in the country for February. The OKC MSA registered a 2.9% rate which was just a slight increase from January's rate of 2.8%.   

The view also looks good statewide. With a rate of 2.6%, unemployment was down in all of Oklahoma’s 77 counties compared to this time last year.
