The OKC metro continues to see low unemployment

In August the Oklahoma City MSA had an unemployment rate of 3.1%, according the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. The rate remained unchanged from the previous month.

Among large metros in the U.S., Oklahoma City has the 12th lowest unemployment rate. The state also has an unemployment rate of 3.2%, while the national average stayed at 3.7%.
