Oklahoma City-based developer Richard Tanenbaum is working with Fleske Holding Co. broker Eric Fleske to bring more office space, retailers and other services to the metro’s west side.

“That part of the city is one of the fastest growing,” Fleske said. “Between the housing, industry, and schools – Dick and I think the timing’s right to go ahead and start building out the Westgate Park development. He and I are both comfortable getting this project started and speculating some buildings.”
