Midtown is a district already well established as a culinary hotspot, and the following new restaurants are only increasing the number of reasons we want to pay Midtown a visit this weekend.

  • The Collective Kitchens + Cocktails - As Oklahoma City’s first food hall, this is really multiple new-to-Midtown restaurants under one roof! The Collective features 11 kitchens, a 40-foot bar with 32 taps, a coffee bar, and two patio spaces (including one with rooftop views). Designed to be a turn-key restaurant incubator, The Collective currently features The Flying Pig BBQ, Press Waffle Co., Local-Homa, The Fried Taco, Shaka, Black Cat, Oh Baby!, Cafe de L'asie, Theo's Doughnuts and Okie Pokie. This food hall has a little of everything, whether you want to grab an early meal of doughnuts and coffee or have dinner and late-night cocktails.
  • Rivière Modern Bánh Mì - Co-operators James Nguyen and Sean O’Neil are bringing bánh mì to Midtown in this accessible approach to traditional Vietnamese cuisine. The menu plays on classic dishes with a modern twist, using both family recipes and global influences to craft dishes that are unique to this restaurant (for example, the K*Pop bánh mì with bulgogi beef).
