Osteria opens mid November; OSO on Paseo up and running

The much-anticipated opening of Osteria in Nichols Hills Plaza appears to be a couple of weeks away, and OSO on Paseo opened to the public on Saturday.

Chefs Jonathon Stranger and Ryan Parrott haven't been partners at Table One in almost a decade, but they still appear to be on similar schedules.

Parrott, who oversees culinary operations for Humankind Hospitality (Picasso's, OSO, The Other Room and the forthcoming Frida), and his partners Shaun Fiaccone, Kim Dansereaux and Kindt Steven Myers were all smiles Friday as the final preview service unfolded.
