Eight-story condo tower planned for Midtown

An eight-story upscale condominium tower is set to be built in the heart of Midtown across the street from where the former Villa Theresa school is being converted into housing and a hotel.

The Elliott, being developed by Willoughby Ridley Development at 1305 N Classen Drive, represents the first entry into urban core development by Grant Willoughby and John Ridley. Their previous work includes housing in Nichols Hills and commercial office development.

“We've seen a trend in the urban core with density and a lot more people wanting to move downtown,” Willoughby said. “We found this lot by accident and fell in love with it. It's in the heart of Midtown. This is the type of development Oklahoma City needs to have here.”
