For the second consecutive year, Oak & Ore was recognized as the best beer bar in Oklahoma in the annual Great American Beer Bars competition conducted by CraftBeer.com, the Brewers Association’s website.

CraftBeer.com readers were polled to determine the best beer bars in all 50 states and Washington D.C.

“We’re obviously very proud to carry this title for another year,” said Micah Andrews, owner of Oak & Ore, 1731 NW 16th St. in Oklahoma City.

Founded in December 2014, Oak & Ore offers a rotating, 36-tap selection of beers.

“We’ve seen the craft beer scene grow by leaps and bounds here in Oklahoma, and we’re as excited to be a part of it now as when we first opened,” Andrews said.
