Northline Development is set to build a mix of retail, restaurants and offices using 20 shipping containers along Classen Boulevard west of downtown.

The company, which has built several homes in the SoSA neighborhood in Midtown, is preparing to start construction “as soon as possible,” said partner Kayla Baker.

The development will include more than 60 parking spaces and the shipping containers will be assembled into two buildings, one of which will include a rooftop deck.
