OKLAHOMA CITY - Chisholm Creek in north Oklahoma City is adding new tenants to its Tract 30 retail and office building while construction continues on its Westgate at Chisholm Creek entrance.

The Medallion Group, Chisholm Creek's developer, also has announced it is about to begin building two more segments of its 190-acre project, which is bordered by Western and Pennsylvania avenues and Memorial Road.

The Apex, a building including offices and a hotel, will be built on a plot that wraps around the Top Golf entertainment venue, while The Pointe, a collection of buildings featuring more retail and offices, will be built in a V shape around a centerpiece lake on the development's north side, west of Cabela's.

“People travel about 120 to 150 miles to come here; the average customer stays about four hours, so it is more of an experience,” she said.

“We created a lot of patios at Tract 30 because we are focusing on experience.”
