Work to start on Film Row housing and retail development in Oklahoma City
Published Tuesday, March 22, 2016
Construction is set to start this summer on a $60 million, mixed-use development in Film Row pending final approval of tax increment financing that won support Friday from a review panel.
The unnamed development by Mark Beffort, Andy Burnett and Zach Martin will be built to the south, east and north of the 21c Museum Hotel at 900 W Main that is set to open this summer. The project includes 346 residences, 14,000 square feet of commercial space and 805 structured parking spaces.
A panel consisting of representatives of local schools, libraries, the county and city voted Friday to recommend city council approval for the $4 million assistance request.
