Development at Chisholm Creek adds new Oklahoma City shops, housing

Construction is wrapping up on the latest piece of the 190-acre Chisholm Creek development in northwest Oklahoma City. 

Tract 30, a multilevel building, will feature a mix of shops, restaurants and office space. Businesses expect to be open in Tract 30 late this summer. 


Additional retail development on the west side of the Chisholm Creek development on Highland Park Drive at Pennsylvania Avenue is next up for the development. The project, called Westgate at Chisholm Creek, will probably include four or five retail tenants, Rainbolt said. 

Some of the newest tenants to sign on to the Tract 30 development include local smoked meats retailer, Polished Nail Spa and Longevity, a local medical spa.

This will be a third location for Oklahoma City-based After opening its first brick-and-mortar location at 918 N Hudson Ave. in early 2015, owner Doug Iske opened up a temporary mobile shop at Penn Square Mall for the holidays that was so successful it has turned into a permanent location. hopes to open its third location in Tract 30, a roughly 1,200-square-foot store, sometime this summer. The location's proximity to businesses like TopGolf and Cabela's seemed to be a good place for a jerky store, Iske said.
